12:57 pm	WEEF refunds Spring 09 As of May 20, WEEF's website has not been updated for the 2009 Spring term. The refund period posted is for the Winter term, as is the funding guidelines meeting date and the proposals due date. So refunds may or may not still be available. The pattern of irresponsible behaviour continues. (Comment on this)
